Registration Information

If you are submitting a PO for payment and need an invoice, Log in using your email and password. If you do not have a profile, you will need to create one. Complete the registration form with your name, etc. At the payment point, select ‘Invoice Me’, then ‘Pay Later’. You will receive an invoice showing the amount due. Submit this invoice to your administrator for payment. Payments must be received in the ASAHPERD office by January 31, the early registration deadline. Purchase orders are not accepted at the Summit.
All requests for a full refund (minus a 10% service fee) must be made no later than January 31st . Requests between January 31st and February 7th will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be granted after February 7th (exceptions may apply in cases of personal emergency). Contact Donna Hester.
