National Summit
Registration Information



Preregistration deadline is February 17th. Onsite registration will be available for those registering after February 17th.
 
 


Purchase order policy:

If you are submitting a PO to NAHPL requesting an invoice for payment, take the following steps:
-Follow the online registration link above.
-Log in using your email and password. If you do not have a profile, you will need to create one.
-Complete the pre-registration form with your name, etc. At the payment point, select ‘Invoice Me’, then ‘Pay Later’.
-You will receive an invoice showing the amount due. Submit this invoice to your administrator for payment.
-Payments must be received in the NAHPL office by February 17, the pre-registration deadline.
-Make checks payable to NAHPL and mail to PO Box 233, Millis, MA 02054.

Refund policy: 

All requests for a full refund (minus a 10% service fee) must be made no later than February 17th. Requests between February 17th and March 3rd will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be granted after March 3rd (exceptions may apply in cases of personal emergency). Contact Carol Ciotto OR Maria Melchionda

Student Volunteer Information: 

Students who register for the Inaugural Summit and who volunteer three hours will have their registration fee waived. Students who volunteer will only pay the $15.00 one year membership.
They will also receive a letter from NAHPL for their portfolio stating their involvement within our professional event. Students will preside at sessions, help with registration or assist at various Summit booths. Students must register to volunteer and register for the Summit by February 17th.
