Early registration (online or mail) is available through February 15th. Onsite registration will also be available.

Applications and appropriate exhibit fees must be received no later than January 15, 2026 for your company or institution to be listed in the Summit printed program and included on the mobile app. Contracts will continue to be accepted while space remains available.General Information
During the National Summit, our inaugural Academy Awards will be presented, along with awards from the Southern Tier and Easter Seaaboard Regions. Please learn about our award recipients and the work they do.
Coming to this spring’s Summit, the Retiree group will be sponsoring two display tables in
their retiree’s room that will feature a book exchange table and an archives/memorabilia table.
We are asking any attendees that would like to participate in the book exchange to bring a book
and drop it off in the designated Retiree’s room at your convenience Monday (Morning
preferred). If your exchange book has not been taken by Wednesday, you may take it back
home with you or the Newnam’s will donate the remaining books to a Florida library.
The archives/memorabilia table is not a permanent collection but just remembrances of the
past to display during the Summit.
Bring in your pictures, manuscripts, past programs, etc. to
display while the Summit is ongoing. Again, Monday morning is preferred as the drop off time.
