–Call for NDS Journal Editor-in-Chief: Members and non-members are invited to submit an application letter and resume to apply for the NDS Journal Editor-in-chief (EIC) position to Executive Director Fran Anthony Meyer, PhD, CHES â at fameyerdance@aol.com by September 15, 2024. This person does not need to be an NDS member to apply.
–Call for Nominations – Student Representatives for the NDS Board of Directors (BOD): Teachers of students in higher education, please nominate passionate and capable student representatives for the NDS Board of Directors (BOD). There are two open positions. Students should submit an up to one-page resume or list of past accomplishments and a paragraph of why they want to serve on the board. Submit paperwork to Executive Director Fran Anthony Meyer, PhD, CHES â at fameyerdance@aol.com by September 30, 2024. Applications will be reviewed by the Student Council Chair and Co-chair for recommendations to the BOD.
-Call for 2025 Award Nominations: There are many individuals who go above and beyond the call of duty in their contributions to the dance field. The Undergraduate and Graduate Student nominations are due by December 1, 2024. Awards will be presented at the 2025 conference in Phoenix, AZ and during the All- Member Meeting.
